WOW my internet is working well today. I uploaded another firmware for chinese tablet with BOARD ID INET-86VE-REV01 Zeng-gc 2012-12-06. Sometimes you can use the firmware even if the date (zeng-gc 2012-12-06) is not matched in your tablet.
You can use this firmware in Livesuit or Phoenixsuit.
Download Livesuit Here
Install first the driver after installing Livesuit. To connect your phone press VOLUME UP or VOLUME DOWN then insert USB cable. IF this is your first time to install wait for it to install the driver.
If the driver is not installed automatically, go to Livesuit folder and look for this file LivesuitPack_version_(your version).exe and choose english. This will install the driver.
